Review of vector geometry. Partial differentiation, directional derivative. Extreme of functions of two or three variables. Parametric curves and arc length. Polar and spherical coordinates. Multiple integrals. Midterm: Before the study break, in class Exams and Homework Assignments: There will be a midterm exam and a final exam. We will have at least one written homework assignment, and the rest of the assignments will be on WeBWorK. All homework assignments will count towards the final grade. Late homework will not be accepted.
