IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Minerva and Banner INB, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that McGill University does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.
The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, February 14, 8:00 AM and end on Sunday, February 15, 23:59 PM.
During this period, Banner INB, Minerva (including student tax receipts, the McGill MarketPlace), myProgress (degree process tracking), and myThesis (Thesis Examination Management) will be unavailable.
Please plan your activities accordingly.
A post-upgrade announcement will be posted on the IT Support site.
