McGill's central information system

The Minerva login page has changed. Please take note of which login method you should use:

Students, Alumni, Instructors, and Staff - If you have a valid McGill username and password click "Login" under Students, Alumni, Instructors, and Staff.

You will need to enter your McGill username and password and follow the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) steps.
If you've already logged into one of McGill's applications, you will automatically be directed to the home page via Single Sign-On (SSO).

Applicants and Guests - If you do NOT have a valid McGill username and password, enter your McGill ID and PIN and click "Login"

Étudiant(e)s, diplômé(e)s, enseignant(e)s et personnel - Si vous disposez d’un nom d’utilisateur et d’un mot de passe de McGill valides, cliquez sur « Connexion » à la section Étudiant(e)s, diplômé(e)s, enseignant(e)s et personnel.

Saisissez votre nom d’utilisateur et votre mot de passe de McGill et suivez les étapes d’identification à deux facteurs (A2F).
Si vous avez déjà ouvert une session dans l’une des applications de l’Université McGill, vous serez automatiquement redirigé(e) vers la page d’accueil grâce à l’authentification unique.

Candidat(e)s et invité(e)s - Si vous ne disposez PAS d’un nom d’utilisateur et d’un mot de passe de McGill valides, saisissez votre matricule et votre NIP.

Applicants and Guests

McGill ID Number		Forgot ID? Your McGill ID is the 9-digit number shown on your McGill ID card. If you don't remember your McGill ID, click Forgot ID? Applicants: Your McGill ID number was sent to you in the email acknowledgement of your application. New Staff: Your McGill ID number was sent to the email address you provided when you applied. Alumni: If your McGill ID was a 7-digit number when you last studied at McGill, you may be able to access Minerva by adding 11 at the start (e.g. 11xxxxxxx).
Minerva PIN		Forgot PIN? If you don't remember your Minerva PIN, enter your McGill ID and click Forgot PIN? Applicants and guests: For first-time login, your PIN is your date of birth in the format yymmdd, (year, month, day) e.g. 850624. New Staff: You will receive your initial PIN by email. Note: If your PIN has been reset for you, it will revert to your date of birth in the format yymmdd (year, month, day) e.g. 850624.
